The People of London is a project conceived of fifteen years ago by Robbie Lockie. He arrived in London in 1999 and since then has never ceased to be inspired by the multitude of incredible people that he has encountered and the stories he has been told.
In 2013 Robbie and Lewis Noll, (co-founder, editor and film-maker), started creating films with the intention of exploring this plethora of people that London’s ever growing population has to offer.
The people of London project uses the power of film, podcasts and articles, to introduce you to community heroes, change makers, trail blazers and creative geniuses; people in the areas of activism and social change, art, film, culture and fashion, science, education, technology and business; in short, all that London town has to offer.

Forever Young Parkour Dance for Seniors | People of London

Forever Young is a unique course for older people that fuses parkour and dance for fitness and well-being. It brings together local people over the age of 60 to explore, create and learn movement in a safe and structured outdoor environment lead by qualified professionals. With a focus on play, connecting and adapting to our surroundings - community and self expression is at the heart of this program.
The five 5 biggest illnesses in older people are dementia, heart attack, arthritis, parkinson’s and diabetes. Forever Young helps to prevent and/or reduce progression of these as well as targeting fall prevention.
The sessions run once a week over a term from 10:30am-12:30pm on Tuesdays at Kagyu Samye Dzong Centre (15 Spa Road, SE16 3SA) with free tea in the cafe from 12:30-1:00pm. They are lead by artistic director Jade Shaw and core coach Jacob Peregrine-Wheller.
Parkour Dance Company would like to thank Kagyu Samye Dzong Centre without whose continuing support these sessions would not have been able to go forward. The centre whose focus is on well-being and world peace has offered both the beautiful yoga rooms and tibetan tea cafe as a space for connection and joy throughout the program. You say this life is the intermediate state which started at birth. As a pro life person I understand that life begins at conception. So what stage is someone in when they’re still in the womb? I’ve been lucid dreaming since I was very young and Have talked to spirits/dead people or whatever I’m not sure always (not in my dream) and I just do not relate to a some of this.

The Arts are infested with people like this now and have been for decades. People who are simply not good at anything. Worse, they know they're making bollocks but they also know if they elbow people out of the way and are shameless enough, they'll get to someone who's just as untalented and Shameless as they are who is an artistic director and they will get funding for this the rest of their lives. It's only a matter of time before she herself winds up being on a board and decides what projects get funding in the future. These far left b******* artists have complete control of our theatres, television, film industries, you name it. A self perpetuating class of smug talentless shits who will keep out any true talent at all costs. this is why the Arts have been rubbish for decades.

Carlos, if you ever read this, please make your own youtube channel and share all your tricks. Also, I'm starting Puakenikeki from seed since my luck with getting a live plant has been extremely bad. Each time something bad happens which is out of my control (like bad shipping or dishonest vendors). I have been trying to obtain this species on and off for over ten years. Most of the time, they are not even for sale. Anyway, I assume they are bird-dispersed. My mechanical scarification+vinegar didn't seem to be efficient enough and the cotyledons seem to be getting stuck inside the seed case. I have made special tweezers and jewelry tools to get some of them off. Anyway, can you recommend any household products for chemical scarification of seed?

Wonderful. I love this ideal/movement. I became aware of Bryony within the last hour or so by watching her on "As Yet Untitled". I am happy that I have stumbled across her & will now be seeking out her work & I am sad that she has only just appeared on my radar & that is due to the fact I can not sleep tonight & found her on TV's grave yard shift. (Not that I watch much TV). Anyhoo, I found this video very inspiring & I think that Taylor is also a huge talent. Thank you.
